I called 2 weeks ago advising that my account was billed incorrect, and to date, i have not had contact with anyone from adt.
i called today and held on for 1 hour, not only to be asked 3 times for my info, but when i explain to the individual what has happened, they transfer me to someone else.
i dont have time to play games, i will gladly close this contract and will take this matter for further litigation proceedings if need be...
this is my second unit from adt, and i should have realised that i was going to have these types of issues again with this company who staff memebers have no regard for the person that is on the other side.
