I have been sent from pillar to post by the agents and the owner of this company regarding my refund of my deposit for rental. After vacating and inspection of the unit, I was handed a letter stating that I will be refunded within the the next 7 to 14 working days but that never happened. Today 17/08/2013 I sent an incorrect billing of late payments from them. Instead of getting my full refund back since the unit had no damages I was billed an amount of R 625.
Some of the dates that I have been billed for the late payment does'nt exist. eg.5/08/2013 of which I had already paid my rent on the 01/08/2013
