Complaining on behalf of those vulnerable and at mercy of the employer for a job.

hellopeter please help

I am not working for this particular security company but working where service is rendered by it..

GAZA personnel working in Fochville Clinic, 42 8th Street, Fochville on Tuesday the 13th requested me to make copies for them of memo they received from their employer that they will not be getting paid on the 15th August because the Department (of Health I believe because this is a health facility) has not yet made payments to the security company. the letter does not even state when they will be paid, except that they will be paid once the Department has made payments... they however still required for duty..

hellopeter who works and not get paid?? what does GAZA deal with the Department got to do with the employees?? is that lawful?? what does labour law say??

Please help them

Am in possession of the memo from GAZA to employees

I googled their company you can also do that for more info.
