My Vehicle got on the 20 th of March 2013 and according to the tracker report they system was faulty and when the vehicle was recovered it was stripped and burned but they refuse to take responsiblity. a tow notification was recived on their report and they fail to notify me. my premiums were up to date and i believe i have been paying for service that does not exist.
