More than 2 weeks back I've reported, when I start my vehicle I receive a "GEOLOCK MOVEMENT". Previously I had the same problem and they replaced the DID card. It was not 2 months after that I had the same problem, I was then told that the battery was flat. Now again receiving the same error message. When reporting the error I said to the consultant that I must maybe look at a different supplier as I am not receiving the services I am paying for. He assures me that he will get the technical team to come and fix the problem. About 3 days after that a different consultant phoned me and said she calling to assist me to cancel my contract. I said to her that I don't want to cancel and still looking at a possible new supplier as they don't offer the service that I was promised. Since then nobody contacted me or fixed my tracking system.
