I am still waiting for this issue to be resolved. I received a phonecall from Customer Services i think, who said they would look into the matter and get back to me. Then a week later I received another call, saying the same thing, but that it had been excalated, and they would e-mail the branch manager, Ranesh Ranjith as well to tell him I was still waiting for feedback. Apparently he had a meeting with the Sales consultant on Thursday 11 January, but I have not had a word.
I am not letting this rest. Audrey's behaviour was insulting, degrading and completely unprofessional and I will get to the bottom of it.
