A chubb security person knocked over my son's motorbike causing damage. Details were left at the shopping mall where the incident took place and we connected with the driver of the Chubb van who accepted responsibility and said he would pay for the damages concerned. We repaired the bike with this understanding in mind. Two months down the line and no payment has been made. We contacted the Chubb and spoke to the Supervisor who said he cannot do anything about this which I find unacceptable as it happened in the course of them doing their duties for the company.
