CHUBB DOES NOT RESPOND TO ALARMS

On the 1st of August 2013 we had a breakin at our house between 15:30 and 16:00.My husband came home and made the discovery Chubb let him hold the line for 6, 5minutes before he hung up and phoned back, after he told them that there was a breakin and the alarm went off, they didnt even send out a unit to walk through the house and check if the burglar was still inside.
After querying the bad service they informed us that our account was inactive for the few hours before and after the breakin (very convenient for the) and that the account was activated again after my husband queried it with them.
They told us that they will get back to us on why this happened, that a manager will phone us and resolve the issue, no one has contacted us.
Currently they are in breach of their contract with us (they are not rendering the services that they agreed to) I cannot get a hold of anyone and no one is phoning us back.

On Thursday when the breakin occurred, my 5month old was with my husband. That is not the situation that you want your baby and husband to be in.

Chubb still has not even responded to the alarm that went off, and they are not getting back to us with answers.

Dont ever use them!!!
