I have been trying to resolve an account with ADT for some 3 months now. In brief:
1 - A sales rep, Shafieka Jacobs, came to see me and advised on what I needed to buy to upgrade my security (approx. R7000)
2 - The installation team arrived and had to change what was needed since Shafieka had advised incorrectly.
3 - I had huge delays and problems with the installation team.
4 - The updated account (now increased to R10000 in order to do what I had always asked for), obtained after numerous calls, is incorrect and does not reflect the discount given by Shafieka and confirmed telephonically to apply to the final account.
5 - I have spoken to Shafieka as well as about 5 people in the accounts dept, all of whom PROMISE to sort this out and never get back to me.
I AM APPALLED AT THIS SHOCKING SERVICE AND WILL BE CHANGING SECURITY COMPANIES AS SOON AS MY CONTRACT IS UP. IN THE MEANTIME I WOULD LIKE THE ACCOUNT TO BE CORRECTED SO THAT I CAN PAY AND MOVE ON!
