Further to all my previous complaints, can you believe that my details are STILL NOT CORRECT!!! This morning at 4:30 I was woken up by these to say they got a movement signal on my car, which they now have recorded as a VW Polo in Cape Town.
I do NOT live in Cape Town, and my car is NOT a VW Polo...
When the are you going to get MY details right??? I purposely let my Netstar alarm off yessterday and let it blast away for a full 20 minutes while I drove around, nobody from yr blastard company phoned ME!!! What am I paying for??? Did you phone someone in Soweto to tell them you got a signal from their taxi bus???
Peggy Odom, you are useless at resolving complaints, do NOT expect me to contact you, get yr supervisor to call ME!!!
What is it going to take to get MY details for MY car right, so that when you get a movement signal from MY car, you phone me, and not someone in the Cayman Islands to find out if their parrot squawked last week!!!
