Good afternoon

I was so off when my salary was deducted for the account and agreement i never signed for with ADT.and when i called for refund the lady from Prectoria told me to fax my bank statement i did as instructed but now they are telling me to wait for 21 days and still I'm the one whose calling them. They dont care about there company's reputation..Really how can i be billed for something i never signed for and yet wait for that 21 days..
