Taking money when account was wrongly billed

I took a loan from then, and stated that my salary date is the 26th of every month. Then after 2 years of begging for a statement received it only a month ago. I then had to see interest charges billed from the 20th of every month and then payment going of. I then got retrenched and sent them the letter 5 times before it got settled, wait it was still outstanding R1100.00. Then they deducted R2800 and 2 days ago R758.00 and then a new sms saying I owe them again R1100.00. Calling them does not work and reporting them is taking time. Dont use them as they.
