Shocking Service and Aggressive Attitude

We commissioned GMG to motorise our gate. Correspondence with the sales consultant was forth coming & expedient until we paid the mandatory 70% deposit. Installation was promised to begin within 1-2 working days. This never happened, instead we were let down on 5 separate occasions by 3 different technicians, with every excuse under the sun. Each time we had to make provisions for these technicians as we had explained to all of them that we dont keep a full time maid. We then had to incur the cost of having our maid there each day we had an app with GMG. We also had to instruct an external party to perform part of the electrical work as one of GMGs technicians told us they couldnt do some of the work, again incurring more cost. The installation was eventually completed after a lot of stress and hard work on our behalf.

GMG wasnt prepared to offer any discount for the poor & incomplete service. Instead they were extremely rude & aggressive at our request for a discount.

The final insult was a reply from GMG, after we had paid in full, threatening legal action if they were not happy with something we had put on FB or Hellopeter.

I would never recommend this company to anyone.
