I cancelled my subscription with ADT (a month's notice) which should have ceased at the end of March 2013. They continued to debit my account and have since not refunded me. To make matters worse, the date I moved out of my property, new owners moved in and also signed up with ADT, using the existing alarm system. Unbelievably bad service. Could not even spell my name correctly when dealing with me via e-mail.
