We moved out of the property on the 31st Of December, reason as they gave us notice as we simply refused to pay for a water bill that was in there name and to simply put it in a mess. They are the account holders, they are fully responsible for it, they need to sort out all issue regarding the account. After not being able to wait and take their complete lack of responsibility, not with just this incident but many others, we had to draw the line and take a stance. So we have now moved out and still waiting to get part of our deposit back, which they are holding back until there account is sorted out with the municipality. With this we supplied the final meter reading when we moved out. A whole month later, Henter, the so called manager at the group claims he does not agree with the reading and we need to supply proof of the reading via a dated photo, a month later? Surly this is something they could have requested when notice was given or in the contract or the day we moved out, but a month later coming with stories. Luckily we knew what we were dealing with and did take photos of the meter after we moved out. This just sums up the type of character you will be dealing with.
