This is the second complaint I have lodged with this company. I have received a statement from ADT reflecting not a single payment we have made since the beginning of the year, I have emailed the accounts department three times asking for an answer, and no one of course has bothered to get back to me. Speaking to anyone at ADT call centre is like sticking hot needles into my eyes as these people are so incompetent they cannot even find the account or find the address after I have spelt it 3 times. I expect someone who can read and write to contact me regarding this account so that we can sort it out once and for all. Please email me.
