Yesterday an emergency button was activated at 18:16 and a call was received at 18:19 but the call rang twice and it dropped there was no follow up I activated the alarm again and received a call. My question is does one have to receive a call 3 min later after the alarm has been activated instead of immediately? The other problem that I have experienced was a reaction vehicle pitching 35 min after it was dispatched and when I enquired I was informed that it normally happens when shifts change over. There are no patrols during the night and the excuse is that there is a shortage of vehicles in my area. The excuses that the company makes are endless and it is a regular occurrence and the problem thereof is that I did not sign up for such bad service. Each time I raise an objection a supervisor gets sent with an empty promise that it won't happen again. Yesterday the operator promised that the manager was going to give me a call regarding the incident and I am still waiting it is like I am not entitled to a service that I was promised.
