Deducting premium without agreement approval

Tracker have phoned several times asking to make use of there service after my contract expired. My wife clearly indicated to the consultant that we are not interested and do not want to see, hear or be phoned by tracker ever again.

On 2 May 2013 a debit order for the amount R211.94 were deducted from my bank account, reference service agreement. What a joke what service agreement, a agreement is something both parties enter into.

Completely unethical behaviour. I would love to be supplied by the telephone conversation with the consultant as well as my approval given to deduct and or engage in any new contract. Mine have expired and the money owned received by you. Pathetic
