Loan declined

I have been a client of Finance 27 for the last couple of months. Last month, I took out a loan, and the debit order was collected successfully. My credit report has not changed for the past 9 months, and I was sent an agreement and agreed to DebiCheck.

Now, I received an email saying that this offer is declined due to my credit report, and they will cancel DebiCheck. How could my loan be approved every month, but now, this month, it is an issue? What a waste of time!
