When I entered into easy holidays I was told by the manager in Cape Town if I want out or cannot afford it they will help. I was also told that my pionts will never be lost as it will be kept for me. I found soon out with 50 pionts one can go nowhere and that their easy breaks is never for Western Cape. I was then smooth talked in go for higher pionts as I will not get anywhere with that. I tried to ask for help with reselling then I heard the don't help. I am on my own. Their service and support is very poor. I am am paying more than R2000 a month for nothing.
