Uys & Van Der Merwe is a company using the same modus operandi to collect monies from clients and do not pay the money to the concerned companies they act on behalf. Please do not engage this company for Debt collection. Is there anybody else conned by this company, then lets take our stories to Carte Blanche and uncover their operations. I receive threatening emails that my money will not be paid to me if I dont withdrew the complaints regarding their company. It is just promises and no payment. Let us get together and report this company to the Law Society of the Northern Provinces. I have documents that you can fill to lodge your complaints. I have names of some of the clients they have done the same and we can take this collectively to get the case as a strong one.
