Drfita Non Service from Multichoice

After updating the drifta app, the service is discontinued. 1 hour on the phone to Multichoice - no access to mobile customer care. To access support on the web page for error numbers requires a smartcard number which I don't have as I only use the Drifta service. Calls to the mobile customer care number go unanswered
