How ridiculous is that 45min in total waiting for a call centre and then to find out they are actually charging VAS rates for that...
Now the subscription went up without prior notice... who the do they think they are especially in the light of all the US BS replays so this month I am paying more to view the same as last month because of some lame US excuse?
Wake up we are not served a service we are totally here... no wonder the share price of naspers jumped through the roof... shame on you!!!
