I have been calling and calling and spoke to a lot of people regarding my Dish with Top TV. I have been using Top TV for long now and after having a real struggle with my top TV to get installed at my new place I'm facing that even the slightest wind or one drop of rain it cuts out. I had Top TV before and we watched it threw storms and rain so there is no excuse regarding this matter. I feel like canceling everything and get refunded as well as for the inconvenience. Out of a whole month i can watch TV 10days which i don't think is fair, i don't have trouble paying my subscription so they should not have problem fixing.
