Excess amount charged on my subscription

Good Morning

I would like to compliment Kidi from multichoice for an excellent service provided on my query regarding an excess amount that was charged on my subscription. although i had a go at him and used unacceptable language, he remained calm and came to a resolution where he promised to investigate the matter properly and give me feed back within 72hrs, which He did within 24hrs.

Let me stress that i am not saying this because the problem is resolved, bt sincerely from the bottom of my heart as i later felt that i attacked an individual and not the system. i was actually hoping that he be the 1 who calls me back as i needed to apologise. He has certainly proved that he is a well trained consultant and he is able to work well under pressure and i wish him (personally) the best in his future endeavours.
