Today I received a sms stating that I have to "swap" my smartcard TODAY or I will lose my DSTV service. I'v stayed in Ghana for a year and moved back to SA in November 2012 and today, the 28th of March 2013 is the first ever notice i received from them that something is wrong with my card. Tomorrow is a holiday so when do they want me to fix this??? I went to Wonderpark agency to "swap" my card but they were out of cards. Went to Glenwood road in Lynnwood Glen and they were out of cards. Do I now have to drive from agency to agency until I reach Cape Town to get a new card? Who is paying for my diesel? Why didn't they post this card?
