After 3 years of top Tv, no connection from 8 march. Account in good order. After many call, eventualy told today (21 march!) that the decoder is expired and we must purchase another one. Can this happen!!! Can a decoder expire!!! Why not inform us 3 years ago that we will have to purchase another one at R450 every 3 Years. We have paid for viewing but no service. What is the policy here,
