Multichoice used my ID number to open an account for someone else by name of Damini.
I requested they rectify and provide me an explanation what exatly happened. its been a week no response from they all the gave me was a case number 31761060 and the person who was investigating is called Pearl Mazwai. Its upsetting that a company of this magnitude would commit such activity and not botha to ractify their error and update the customer as to what happened. I am worried sick that maybe someone out there is using my ID because this probleme only happend with them and on the same day when i decided to open an account with them. Multichoice does not return calls and you will never get to the person you spoke to previously all they tell you is someone will call you back and noone everdose. I need them to be investigated please!!!
