I don't know why I bother on here. I get the same form reply promising to sort out my issue and come the end of the month, I get the same billing issues. The same phonecalls are made and the same promises are broken. Dstv is just lucky we do not have choice here like they do in the States or i would cancel my subscription immediately. I have had the same billing problems since July August of LAST YEAR!!! I don't care what their system says, I DO NOT OWE YOU R3000!!! This is easily explained and was due to your 'technical' deaprtment at Xtra Veiw. Each time I get told that the charges will be reversed, they are not. More pathetic empty promises from Dstv. I'm sure you'll be seeing me here next month.
