They Double Debited Me

I have 2 decoders in my account profile, the total due every month should be R520.
i had a credit in my account in December and Jan was paid fine, there are sufficient funds in my account.

This morning i i checked my sms and to my disappointment R1040 went off.
this is frustrating, now i am R520 short in my budget.
