This is so beyond unacceptable as for i take series from them on a weekly basis but not in the
past month coz there is ALWAYS a problem there r always fines there and i think this is a ripoff
i havent taken a dvd for a month or more and now today they send me a sms that they gonna hand
me over not even a freaking phone call to ask regarding this,
this place is such unprofessional its insane, if u get dvd's there that was not playing they dont reimburse
you they just say they will have to go through the dvd them selfes and you never get anything out of them
anyway they are useless
