Not Keeping to contract

Top TV has from the beginning of this year cancelled 3 of its channels because of a problem that it has experienced with its supplier but yet we as consumers are not reimbursed and are still charged the full price for the full bouquet. This according to me is a breach of contract as we pay for a full bouquet which was changed without the consumers consent and these channels have not been replaced as yet.
