I moved in November from Pretoria to Cape Town and called the Multichoice customer service desk to assist me in suspending my account for the months that I am sorting out my move. Lerato is the name of the lady I spoke to and she said everything was fine. She has recorded on the system.
3 months later I get an sms saying that I have been handed over for not paying!!! But how because I knew that for 3 months I will not be using their services so I want to suspend? Apperently Lerato did not do anything on the system hence I have to pay!!! This is so unfair and I have not missed a monthly payment before.
This is just ridiculous!!! I am so disappointed with Multichoice.
