Like so many others, I upgraded my iPad OS to version 6.1 on Monday 4th February only to find out that I was now unable to watch the end of the first cricket test. I have since visited the Umhlanga customer centre twice in an effort to get answers. The first time, they were not even aware that they had a problem and suggested that my iDrifta was faulty and promptly changed it. When this did not work I was told that they would look into the problem and get back to me. No such luck.

After my second visit two weeks ago I was told that they had an issue with using the iDrifta with the upgraded OS and that someone would either phone me with an update or they would make a blanket announcement, obviously nether of these happened. Since then, iOS 6.1.2 has been launched.

Multichoice, as a technical person, I understand that things can, and do, go wrong from time to time. As a fully paid up premier customer for more years than I care to remember, all we ask is that you let us know what is being done to fix it and what the estimated time frames are.

Your silence is deafening.
