I was on holiday out of the country from the 22 december 2012 up to the 10 of jan 2013. my accout was supposed to be cut off on the 2 of jan 2013. what i had planed was once my account is cut off i was to pay my R50 reconnection fee. When i paid my account at the end of the month, i paid the r260 for my compact and the 50 rand for the reconnection. But alas to my surprise i was told that i owe more than that. i have been connecting to the compact ever since and i did not owe the service provide anything..this is day light because there were supposed to cut off on the 2nd and now i am made to pay for the time when it was not cut off. according to the verbal contract i enterd with the service provider was on the 2nd of each month they will cut off and i always pay my bills on time. why must i be made to pay so the view that i did not agree to and was out of the country? why must i be made to pay for their inefficiency.
