1, I complained about repeats, cut and paste answer from MC. on HP
2.I complained about EPG and seies recordings, cut and paste answer from MC on HP,
3) I replied on issues after MC 'S untested software upgrades, it was deleted.
CONCLUSION: hp OF NO HELP, COVERING PATHETIC SERVICE
