I just called DSTV Customer Service this morning and I spoke to Thando Mthethwa whom I feel didn't know what she was doing. She and her supervisor were very much happy for me to cancel my services with DSTV. I then called back again and spoke to Keoagile who listened to me and really advised me on the way forward with my account. I think DSTV really need people like him in the call centre that can listen to people and advise them further. Should there have been a better competition I would have definitely left for good today and they were encouraging me to do so but Keoagile changed my mind about the whole thing. I am just advising DSTV to ensure that people like Thando Mthethwa are really trained in knowing how to tackle some issues with the customers just like Keoagile. The guy gave a very excellent service.
