DSTV debited my account with R700 at the end of January although I only upgraded to the R175 package. After trying to contact them on their (non-functional) call centre line since Tuesday, they gave me the following reply: Hi Gerhard, the refund has been processed. You should receive the amount of R355.00 within 7 working days. Apologies again for any inconvenience. ~MGK. Surely in this day and age DSTV can process this faster?
