Waste of time and airtime

I called from 17:05 because I needed their assistance but no answer only the automated response which ia helpless as well. My niece blocked the parental control pin I wanted to unblock it so I guess no tv for us tonight and no airtime for me
If this automated response would tell us if there's no agent instead of making me wait for no good reason
