Once again Multichoice has cut off our services! Have been on the phone hoping to speak to someone to explain to me why this keeps happening to our account. Last month we downgraded from Premium to Compact but were still billed for Premium anyway and now we paid our account for this month which is R280 for Compact and R75 for PVR settings but our services have been cut off and we have a message teeling us to pay R399 which does not make sense at all. What makes me more angry is the fact that this incorrect billing and services being cut off even though we have paid has been going on for some time now and its really frustrating always being on the phone or sending emails for a service we pay for!
