The Rihanna Concert proved to be an absolute waste of money and a disappointing experience due to hundreds of people not being able to reach the concert on time. this can be attributed to computicket's complete lack of planning with regards to parking. there were no authorised parking attendants and as such, people parked where ever they pleased and blocked the entrance and through-ways in the parking.
we sat in traffic on the soweto offramp from 17h30 and finally got to our seats at 21h40, in time for the last 5 songs.
no one was even there to accept the parking ticket we had purchased from computicket. what is the point of buying these tickets when they do not reserve you a parking space or a parking area, for that matter?
thanks to computickets lack of planning, hundreds of people may as well have thrown their tickets away as entering Soccer City at 21h40 was utterly pointless and provided no enjoyment or entertainment value.
how is it possible that during the world cup, things worked so smoothly but computicket is unable to replicate the system?
disapointing.
