On 20th of sept 2013 we had a power failure in port Elizabeth and the decoder I had was damaged by a power surge. I went to agent to get new decoder and got home to find that the new decoder does not have "plug"
were the connection of the tv must go in. Tried to phone call centre but after 20min and no care in the world
that customers are kept on line I put the phone down. The service of dstv will be cancelled first thing Monday. I CAN GO WITHOUT DSTV ITS NOT THE END OF THE WORLD.
