False late returns

I hired two movies on Friday 15 Nov, and return them the next day on my way to work into the slot (Saterday 16 Nov). Everytime I hire movies I confirm how many units I have left. This Saterday 23 Nov I wanted to hire a movie, just to be told that i must pay cash. Now i know i still had units left from the previous week. The lady on duty informed me that two of my units were taking as penalty for late return of my movies for the previous week. Now this made me extremely angry, as I Know my movies where delivered early in the morning way before the deadline. Why is this the case, and why do you just deduct from my units without informing me. I would gladly pay a penalty if I had returned the movies late or if i was at fault. But this was not the case. the lady on duty said it looks like the movies where only checked in at two in the afternoon... so this tells me that either there is a problem with the staff not performing their duties correctly or there is a problem with your systems. I want this problem resolved and i want to be reimbursed for the inconvenience caused, as well as the fact that I am being given a negative record for something that is definitly not my fault
