We went to boktown last saturday, we ordered 4 bokwurst rolls . 3 of them were ok whereas the forth one was off, we returned it to harold on the sunday morning, he confirmed it was off and would get a manager to phone as he did not know what to do. The manager would phone after 2, well guess what no call. Sharon phoned on tuesday to ask what happened and kept coming back to tell me the progress (not interested) eventually her boss phoned and said we should have handed the rool back that evening and not sunday morning. He insinuated that we had spoilt the sausage and was not even prepared to apologise to my wife. No wonder monte is no longer as popular as 2 yrs ago and losing patrons. Shame on you.
