Over a month ago I called Multichoice to reconnect my dormant account, the agent I spoke to said all was in order all I needed to do was pay the pro-rata fee at a local Spar and my debit order was reinsated. I tried 2 Spars but the payment system was offline. I tried again the following morning and managed to pay the pro-rata amount. On Sunday the 28th my service was suspended as the agant had failed to re-instate the debit order like he said. I called through to the call centre and despite getting cut of I managed to speak to a supervisor who reconnected me and told me to pay the outstanding amount at a Spar. Today I went to anoter Spar and was told that I could not be helped because I needed a speacial reference number. I have not been given any special reference number and am tired of Multichoice making me run around and inconvienience me for your mistakes. Please can a Manager contact me and resolve this issue without sending me out to fix your mistakes.
