On the 15th of January I posted the complaint below on Ster Kinekor's ticketline. On the 16th, Lynnette responded to say someone would contact me within 48hrs. Well, it's 2 weeks later and I have still not heard anything from them! Absolute rip-off!!!
Complaint!!
On Friday evening, 11th Januay 2013, I took my daughter and wife to watch Rise of the Guardians at Greenstone mall. The picture and sound quality was poor for at least 3/4 of the movie, with the picture moving between being clear and having a 3D-like effect to it. This was extremely frustrating and only once I left the cinema (8) to complain was the picture sorted out. Even then, it was not very clear.

My daughter had been looking forward to the movie so you can understand that as a parent I am extremely disappointed that delivery was so poor. The supervisor seemed aware of this problem, so I cannot understand why Ster Kinekor continues to flight a poor quality screening of a movie.
I would appreciate it if someone can contact me to explain this mess.
