I had a problem with my DSTV. I phoned support and was told to hold on as they were connecting to my account. After waiting aprox. 30 minutes with no reply, but i could hear people talking in the background, i called from my other line. A lady Nkutsulo answered. I asked her if they were running a circus as there was so much noise in the background and explained that i was still hanging on on the other line and had been doing so for 30 minutes. I was immediately cut off, which confirms they were listening and playing the fool with me. The lady Nkutsulo helped me, which only took a minute or two to fix. I have 3 accounts with DSTV but i dont know if they treat all their customers like this.
