I have been in contact with Start Sat since 26 Nov 2013, and to date my problem has not been resolved!
I have spoken to several managers who then sorted my complaint/problem on the 12 December. However, on the 20th December, i have experienced the same problem with my decoded. I have logged a call, and we are now a month later, i have had no response.
I have a cellphone bill in the excess of R1000 for calls made to Star Sat to follow up.
What pathetic service!!!
