I have been waiting now for Top TV - Star Sat to call me for 2 weeks!!! This confirms that this company does not care about customer service or their customers what so ever!! If you look at the complaints several after the date of my initial complaint has been addressed but mine nothing.. what do you do next??? Maybe contact ombudsman? How are you meant to deal with a company and feel confident in making use of their services if you not given any assistance when you have a problem? I have been an excellent customer of top TV since the beginning and now that star sat have taken over I have experienced nothing but inconvenience and problems..
