I purchased a decoder from the Umhlanga Multichoice, that was the first week in July which i payed for at the store.
My debit order was taken out on the 7th of July together with R365.00 which was apparently for the decoder. When i called customer service they told me the money will be returned to me in 3-4 working days. unfortunately it was not. i called the contact centre for the second time and was told that because my account is on my business name and not my personal name the money was returned back to multichoice.
i spoke to a guy by the name of Siphele he told me that I need to go back to Multichoice with a copy of my id and bank statement which needs to be stamped and certified together with a letter from me stating that the business belongs to me. I dont see how a refund into my business account could be a problem since the monthly debit order does come off this account.
